They take him away from the abusive nun Sister Thornley to complete their mission.
Never Look a Trojan in the Gift Horse: The Time Squad travels to the time of the Trojan War, where it is the King of Troy's birthday. The Greek army brings the Trojan Horse to the festivities but repeatedly fails to realize that it is not supposed to be an actual gift, but a trap. Ironically their mistaken attitude is exactly what defeats Troy.
