Akane finds Runa set her up on a blind date with a middle aged man who thinks Akane is Rurihime, so she goes to the bathroom to call Runa. Yamada sees Runa avoid answering the phone, confirming she is pranking Akane. Akane is terrified when the man follows her to the bathroom.
