With no actual evidence of Ozu's crimes Kirishima resorts to blackmail; threatening to expose that Ozu's mother has been cheating on her husband unless Ozu leaves Nao alone. Ozu agrees, especially when Nao and Shoma appear with Nao having recorded their conversation. Shoma is certain the red perm man is not a yakuza. Kirishima breaks up with Nao and she warns Kirishima it is obvious Yoshino does not like him. With Shoma gone Kirishima meets with Yoshino who reveals she figured out everything he has been up to because she has been following him in secret for days with the tracker she hid in the keychain she gave him. Kirishima admits he knew the tracker was there, which Yoshino takes as proof he has genuine feelings for her. He cared enough to keep the keychain even with the tracker; if he did not care he would have just thrown it away. Amused by her logic Kirishima reminds her of their bet; he defeated Ozu before midnight, making Yoshino his girlfriend. Yoshino reminds him the bet included defeating her as well. Kirishima easily defeats her at Rock, Paper, Scissors meaning Yoshino lost the bet. Elsewhere another dangerous man is pleased both Yoshino and Kirishima are in Osaka.
