Description

The Department of Magical Violations / Teacher's PalThe Department of Magical Violations: After Jorgen Von Strangle finds out Cosmo and Wanda came out of retirement to be Hazel's fairy godparents, he sends the three to the Fairy DMV (Department of Magical Violations) for wish trials to see if they belong together. If they fail, Hazel will be reassigned to a fairy named Cookie.
Teacher's Pal: Nervous about not fitting in with the other kids at school, Hazel wishes she were friends with her teachers instead. This backfires when the teachers begin becoming more and more childlike.
