Raiden shocks Shiva by being strong enough to hurt him with punches and kicks. Ever since he was a child, he was so strong that he would regularly break his own bones from the force of his muscles alone, until he was able to place seals to limit his strength. Realizing his current strength is not enough, he unlocks the seals as Brunhilde explains that Thrud transformed into his mawashi which gives him the ability to use his full strength without hurting himself. Raiden unleashes devastating blows on Shiva. Shiva counterattacks, but Raiden breaks one of his four arms, shocking the gods. They continue to fight as Shiva remembers his old friend, Rudra.
