In the new term Amane and Mahiru are now in the same class. Yuta starts talking to Amane more. Mahiru, who smiles a lot more and enjoys casually touching Amane, makes the surprising request for him to put his head in her lap. Amane is confused but it does make him feel better and he falls asleep. Mahiru makes it clear Amane is the only one who gets to see this side of her. Amane wins more stuffed animals for Mahiru who asks if he would like anything in return...
