Kaido uses his Flame Dragon Torch to cover himself in flames to form a gigantic dragon as large as Luffy's compressed fist, made of fire so hot that its tail melts through the Skull Dome's remanining horn. Luffy decides he will need to utilize Ryuo to defeat him without touching him.
