As the rules for the test of courage is explained, Teeruu hopes he'd pair up with Hina, but he ends up with Kana, whose heart is racing but for reasons other than fright. Along the way, they hear an Kuroiwa's ground gecko (Okinawan yaaruu) vocalizing, which surprised Teeruu because it is rare to hear a gecko vocalize. They later encounter their first two majimun--a cow and pig one. Kana mentions that you should not let these animal majimun between your legs or you'll die. But the scariest is Yae in a Sadako-like ghost that keeps coming at the two mumbling to them to "grab her" and "Kiss." The other "monsters" are panicking Yae is going overboard until another scary being popped behind Yae, prompting Teeruu to grab an already scared-stiff Kana by the hand and run away...
