corru[P]tion 9S attempts to enter the newly constructed Machine tower, but cannot breach the entrance. He is then attacked by Operator 21O, but despite being infected by the virus, she is unwilling to hurt 9S and commits suicide instead. In her last moments, she passes along data about the tower, revealing that it is powered by three sub-units, the destruction of which will render the tower defenseless.
