After being hit by the truck, Mob reawakens in his ???% state and proceeds to go on a rampage. He proceeds to walk straight forward toward the park, still with his bouquet in tow, decimating everything in his path, forcing the city into lockdown. Reaching a forest area "Mob" is confronted by Teru as they proceed to battle with their psychic powers. Despite Teru's growth, "Mob" is able to overpower and knock him into a still populated area, forcing Teru to split his efforts between fighting, protecting himself, and the civilians...
